TPA / DOT Services

There are many aspects of DOT compliance and as your C/TPA we can offer drug and alcohol testing, random program management, supervisor training and employee education, medical review support, data storage, report generation, and referral systems for substance abuse professionals. We also help you navigate the required response to a positive DOT test and manage all the follow-up testing required. We provide individual support to your company and make every effort to simplify compliance. 

 For owner/operators and small companies, our FMCSA consortium offers compliance through partnership. 

For $100 per driver each year we manage you random program and ensure that your testing is done per the DOT regulations. We can also offer pre-employment testing and Clearinghouse support. 

 The Clearinghouse is the storage bank for all FMCSA drivers. This is where employers gain insight into a potential employee’s past violations and driving restrictions. 

The DOT requires FMCSA employers to utilize the Clearinghouse. 

We offer support with running pre-employment and annual queries, required reporting, and violation tracking.
